OUR POLICY

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Please note that we do not accept insurance, and our services are only available for self-pay online. 
  • Our strict payment policy requires you to pay when scheduling your therapy session. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation. 




CANCELATION POLICY

  • When you schedule an appointment, we set aside a dedicated time for you with one of our therapists. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please inform us of your cancellation via email.


  • If you cancel your session within 24 hours of your appointment, we will charge the full fee to your payment card. This policy ensures that our therapists' time is allocated fairly and efficiently. Cancel your appointment. Please inform us by email of your cancellation.
